At Kristen Trahan Physical Therapy LLC, we are committed to helping individuals achieve their goals, whether it is being able to make their own bed, interact easier with family members, hike the 4000 footer’s, or ski the Avalanche trail on Cannon.

We provide individualized care with one-on-one sessions that are over 1 hour long. There is no double booking, and you will always be able to see the same physical therapist, who is dedicated to providing effective, caring treatment to the North Country.

Therapy is provided for current problems that you may be experiencing, as well as for preventive care and injury avoidance. Wellness care is provided on variable intervals, dependent on your needs.
